Prevention of Sexual Harassment & Bullying Conduct for California Managers (2019 Edition)

Duration: 2.5 hours
For: Owners, Human Resources, Managers, Supervisors, Mayordomos, Forepersons and Crew Leads
Languages: English and Spanish

This course fulfills the minimum training requirements for managers (leads and above) mandated by California AB1825 (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and AB2053 (Abusive Conduct), SB396 (2018 updated requirement covering sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression) and SB1343 (2019 updated requirement that this training is for CA employers with 5 or more employees). 

This live, instructor-led training course will use videos, role-play, case studies and quizzes to guide Human Resources and Management personnel in the discussion of:
The Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Bullying and Retaliation
The legal definitions of each
The laws that pertain to each

Management 103: A Practical Exercise in Decision Making
